We are excited to tell you about our HIME BUCKS program. You have a chance to earn great prizes by being a great patient! Successful orthodontic treatment requires a lot of team effort. To reward you for doing your part, we have great prizes you can buy with HIME BUCKS.
You will have lots of chances to earn HIME BUCKS by doing your part. HIME BUCKS can be earned by wearing your appliances, such as headgear, rubber bands, facemask, etc. You can also earn HIME BUCKS for good brushing, keeping your appointments, and being on time. All sorts of things can help you get more HIME BUCKS, such as community service or improving your grades. You are probably wondering what to do with all the HIME BUCKS you earn. Your HIME BUCKS can be traded for a number of exciting prizes at the SALOME STORE.
HIME BUCK GUIDELINES
1 Hime Buck
- Keep your regularly scheduled appointment
- Arrive on time for your appointment
- Good Oral Hygiene - your teeth should be clean when you are seen
- Nothing loose or broken (this means brackets, bands, removable appliances, etc).
- Wear Your Austin Orthodontic Arts T-shirt to your appointment
5 Hime Bucks
- Good grades. You must make all A's and B's. Bring us your report card and show us.
- Raise your grades 1 full letter grade (i.e. C to a B). If any grades go down a letter grade, you will not receive any Hime Bucks for "improved grades" when they go back up.
- Proof of community service or charity work -- anything you do to better the community around you. Please write what you did on a piece of paper and bring to your appointment.
- Our thank you for referring your friends to our office. Be sure they tell us you referred them. Five HIME BUCKS to be awarded after their New Patient exam.
- If the doctors or any of our staff see you outside the office with your T-shirt on...like at the mall, movies, baseball games, etc...
10 Hime Bucks
- Visit your general or pediatric dentist for your regular check up and cleaning. (Bring us a note or signed receipt from your dentist.)
HIME BUCK RULES
- HIME BUCKS are only awarded at regularly scheduled appointments. Walk-in or emergency visits do not apply.
- The number of HIME BUCKS you earn at each appointment is up to you.
- The SALOME STORE is located in our on-deck waiting area. The prizes may change from time to time. Not all prizes will always be available.
- Your HIME BUCKS are your responsibility. The HIME BUCKS dollars are just like real money. If you lose them, like money, they are gone.
- Once you spend your HIME BUCKS on a prize, they are spent. You must earn more HIME BUCKS to purchase more prizes.
You can help the community by earning HIME BUCKS. For every HIME BUCK that you donate, Austin Orthodontic Arts will donate $2.00. This past year $2338.00 was donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
